Victor F. Winchell, resident of Havre, MT, died Tuesday October 30, 2018 at the Northern Montana Care Center after a battle with cancer. Cremation has taken place. Victor was born in Havre to Pauline and Charles (Ed) Winchell January 6, 1943. He attended Havre Public Schools and Havre High School. Victor married Beverly Bretzke in 1968 and had two sons, William (Billy Joe) and Brian.

Victor worked at Vita Rich Dairy in Havre for more than 20 years until the dairy closed. He then worked at Meissner Tractor in Havre in his later years.

Victor was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Beverly in 2009; brothers Bob, Bill and Dick; and sister Betty Teela.

Victor is survived by his sons Billy Joe (Donita) of Havre; Brian (Rowenda); grand-daughters Desiree and Kristi; and grandson Ryan Winchell of Castle Rock, CO; brother Jim (Jackie) Winchell of Laurel, MT; and sister Isabell (Karl) Strohschein of Riverside, CA.
