Thomas J. Roberts, 82, of Havre, MT born September 27, 1943, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes March 17, 2026. No formal services will be held per Tom's request, the family will be having a celebration of life at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at the Tip It.

Thomas was born in Havre, MT to William and Hope (Golie) Roberts. He attended school and graduated from Havre High. He enlisted in the Army. After serving he had several occupations before settling at BNSF where he retired after 38 years at the age of 60. During his life he met and married Barbara Stuker and had 3 children, Scott, Sherman, and Christine. They later divorced. He then later met and married Sue Rowin, they had 2 children, Phyllis and Thomas. They later divorced. He then met and married the love of his life Janice Ordway.

Thomas enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, and having his nice cold miller lite. In the spring and summer you could find him at Kremlin Bay or Zortman. He enjoyed his side trips on the back roads.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, two infant sons Scott and Sherman, sister Vera and brother William.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 28 years Janice of Havre; sister Phyllis (Arthur) Tovar of Kansas; daughters Christine Jenkins of Nevada, and Phyllis Love of Havre; son Thomas "Tommy" Roberts; 6 grandchildren Barbara, Zackary, Scott (Ghia), Shawn Jr., and Mari; 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; one trouble child; and his drinking buddies.
