Ronald "Ron" Youso, 61, passed away due to natural causes at his residence on Thursday, October 19, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Ross's Reservoir. Meet at the Lower Lake entrance sign in Beaver Creek Park at 2:30 p.m. to be led in. His family has suggested memorial donations be made to the Havre Hill County Library, 402 3 ^rd Street, Havre, MT  59501.

Ron was born and raised in Havre.  Following his school years, he became a welder, and spent half his life in Montana and the other half in Oregon.  Ron spent over 25 years refereeing for basketball and volleyball, and umpiring for softball.  He loved golfing, fishing, and chocolate chip cookies; and adored his son Christopher and his grandchildren Cole and Izzy.

Ron leaves behind his wife Karen, son Chris (Bekki) Youso, grandchildren Cole & Izzy, sister Kim Jackson, and 8 nieces and nephews, whom he adored.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and June Youso, Jr., and his brothers Roger and Mark Youso.
