Robert M. Flesche, 61, passed away due to natural causes on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023, at Northern Montana Hospital.  Cremation has taken place, and memorial services will be held Tuesday, May 30th at 11am at the Fifth Ave Christian Church.  Robert's family has suggested memorial donations be made in his memory to a charity of the donor's choice.  Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

Robert was born on October 5, 1961, in Malta to Robert L. and Ann (Sanderson) Flesche. He was raised in Malta, graduating from Malta High School in 1980.  Robert soon found himself in Havre working as a mechanic. He worked for Burlington Northern Railroad for over 20 years. Robert attended Montana State University – Northern, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice.

Robert was a kind, generous soul who thrived on helping people. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and pretty much any outdoor activity.   He was truly gifted with his ability in mechanics, and always seemed to know what was wrong just by listening to the engine.  Robert was a member of Fifth Avenue Christian Church, and was very active in the Sunrise Al-Anon Club, sponsoring many members over the years.  He was a funny man, always with a joke to tell and a smile to share.  His whole world was his children and grandchildren, and he would have done anything to help anyone who needed it.
