August 9, 1969 – June 3, 2022
Regina A. Stump, 52, passed away due to complication from cancer at Benefis Healthcare on Friday, June 3, 2022. Wake services will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2022, and will continue until her funeral service, which will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2022, all at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in the cemetery at her home. Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
On August 9, 1969, Regina Ann Morsette was born to Veronica Morsette and Eugene "Buddy" Henry in Havre, MT. She was raised by her parents, Bill and Delia Morsette. Gina, or Gina Dutch as she was known to her family, attended Rocky Boy Elementary and Havre schools. She then went on to Chemewa Indian School in Salem, OR, and Wahpeton Indian School in Wahpeton, ND. Gina Dutch was employed briefly as a kitchen aide for the Rocky Boy Schools. On May 23, 1992, Gina married the love of her life, Ronald Dale Stum, and the couple was blessed with four amazing sons. She was a homemaker, but her full-time job was being a wife, mother, and grandmother to all of her grandchildren.
Gina Dutch loved to listen to pow wow music, her favorite being Young Spirit and Whitefish Jr. She enjoyed sitting on her deck in the evenings, talking on the phone, watching movies, and drinking her Coca-Cola. Gina like to collect mirrors, and she enjoyed going to garage sales during the summertime.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Dale Stump, Jr.; parents, Veronica and Eugene "Buddy" Henry; sisters, Cecelia Ann Johnson and Melissa Lynn Nagel; brothers, William "SonnyBoy" and Richard "Moldy" Morsette; and grandparents, Bill and Delia Morsette.
Gina is survived by her husband, Ronald Dale Stump, Sr.; sons, Ryan (Stacie), Ryley "Kory" (Cassie), and Ricky (Shari) Stump; numerous grandchildren; adopted mother, Vickie Robinson; sisters, Mary (Harold) Watson, Marla Boe, Hannah Morsette, and Vivian (Jack) Striker; brothers, John (Heather) Evans, Gordy (Carla) Henry, Melvin (Sheila), Kermit (Wilma), and JoeBoy (Debbie) Morsette, and Shawn LaMere; adopted sons, Rueben St. Marks and Wyatt Potts; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.
