Paul Edward Chase, 76, began his new life with God on Monday, August 6, 2012, at the Northern Montana Care Center. His death was due to natural causes. Cremation has taken place and private memorial services will be held at a later date. Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with services and arrangements. Paul was born on March 23, 1936 to Kenneth and Flossie Chase in Oneonta, New York. Throughout his life, he gained experience in many fields, including bartending, driving Taxi Cabs, working as a ranch hand, rough-necking on the oil rigs, and working construction, with many of these jobs along the Hi-Line. Paul loved to travel, which is how he came to make his home here in Montana. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Helen I Chase. Paul is survived by his son Paul (Janette) DeForest Chase Sr. of Rocky Boy; his ten grandchildren, Naomi Chase of Conrad, Rose Chase and Madison Chase of Portsmouth, Virginia, and Donita Bell, Harlen (Caitlin) Bell, Colen Shane, Autumn, Jurnee, Kierra Chase, and Paul DeForest Chase Jr., all of Rocky Boy; and two great-grandchildren, Serenity Chase and Chloe Scarpino of Conrad.
