Norma L. Wagner, 81, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025.  Cremation has taken place, and a funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 28th, 2025, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church with Monsignor Daniel Wathen officiating.  Norma's family has suggested memorial donations be made in her memory to St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic School, or the charity of the donor's choice.  Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with services and arrangements.

Norma was born on January 21, 1944, in Helena to Norman and Dreata (Blessinger) Chevallier.  She was raised outside Helena on the Chevallier ranch, graduating from Cathedral High School in 1961.  Norma furthered her education at Northern Montana College in Havre, where she attended for 2 years, and where she met William "Butch" Wagner.  The couple married on October 23, 1963, and they made their home in Havre where they raised their 2 children.  There, Norma worked for the school system for many years, retiring in the early 2000s.

Norma was a kind and generous woman whose main priority was her family.  She adored her grandchildren, and keeping up with family, friends and neighbors was a favorite pastime.  She loved to hear about what was going on in their lives, and supporting their endeavors.  Norma was active in St. Jude Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters, and she was also a member of the Red Hat Ladies and fan of the Blue Ponies.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Dreata Chevallier, and her brother Phil Chevallier.

Norma is survived by her husband, Butch Wagner, of Havre; children, Mike (Carol) Wagner of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and Lori (Mike Berger) Wagner of Litchfield Park, Arizona; three grandchildren, Kaley and Matt Wagner, and Chase Berger; and many friends, family and former students.
