Milo Baiddo Stiffarm, 47, died October 28, 2018 in Minneapolis, Minnesota due to natural causes. Wake services will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2018 at the St. Paul Mission Rec Center with his funeral mass 11 a.m. Saturday, November 3 , at the St. Paul Mission. Burial will follow at the Star Hill Cemetery. Services and arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home. Milo was born May 16, 1971 in Fort Belknap, Montana to Jeb and Louella (Fox) Stiffarm, Sr. He was raised in Hays and attended Hays Lodge Pole Schools and Flandreau School for one year in high school. He graduated from Hays Lodgepole in 1989. Milo enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and served for three years when he was honorably discharged to serve in the Reserves for two years. He met Jordana Sullivan in Harlem in 1994 and the couple relocated to Minnesota in 1995. They were married May 18, 2000, and altogether they had 6 boys. In Minnesota, Milo worked as a security officer and later became a carpenter, working under the Minnesota Local Union #1644 and then #322 after the two merged. He attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Minnesota where he obtained his degree in Culinary Arts in June of 2008.
Milo was a reserved man with a great sense of humor. He was particular about his friends, but once you were a friend, you were a friend forever. He enjoyed hunting, target shooting, going for a drive in the mountains, spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Jeb James Stiffarm, his sister Misty Stiffarm, one brother Darrell Duane Black Wolf, and his nephew Loren Gone.
Milo is survived by his wife Jordana Stiffarm of Minneapolis; children: Sean (Morgann Longfox) Stiffarm of Great Falls, Milo Stiffarm Jr. of Hays, Jorrell Doney and Jerome (Loren) Sullivan, all of Minneapolis, Jerrid Sullivan of Fort Belknap, and Jordon (Paige Kaess) Sullivan of Minneapolis; 15 grandchildren; mother Louella Stiffarm of Hays; siblings: Moses (Barb) Stiffarm, Mella Stiffarm, Marlon (Ettsy) Stiffarm, Aaron (Loretta) Stiffarm, Jeb "Gomer" Stiffarm, Dan Stiffarm, and Wendy (Cecil) Spotted Wolf; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
