Lorraine C. Vaughn, 84, died Sunday, December 30, 2012 at the Big Sandy Care Center of natural causes. Viewing will be 10 a.m. Friday, January 4, 2012 at the Holland & Bonine Funeral Home with her Funeral Service at 1 p.m. on Friday, January 4th with Tim Maroney officiating. Burial will follow at the Highland Cemetery. Memorials in Lorraine's honor may be made to a charity of one's choice. Services and arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home. Lorraine was born October 26, 1928 in Havre, Montana to Peter and Mary Pogreba. She was raised on the farm at Box Elder. She attended grade school in Box Elder graduating from Big Sandy High School. In 1953 she married Albert Vaughn. Together they made their home in Havre and raised their family. They were married for 53 years. Lorraine spent her life being a devoted wife and loving mother and Grandmother. Lorraine's interests included gardening, baking and dancing. She also loved all family pets. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Albert in 2006. Lorraine is survived by her daughters; Linda (Ken) Sorensen of Big Sandy, Montana and Sharon (Dan) Chvilicek of Kalispell, Montana. Three Grandchildren: Many Wolfe, Kendra Heath and Kyle Sorensen. Three Great Granddaughters and her twin brother Lawrence Pogreba of San Carlos, California. Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
