Kyle L. Small, 36, passed away at his residence on December 10, 2016. Wake services will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2016, and will continue until his traditional funeral service, which is at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, all at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Kyle was born on April 13, 1980, in Havre to Emory Small and Audrey Demontiney. He was raised in Rocky Boy, graduating from Box Elder High School in 1998. For a short time, Kyle attended Stone Child College, before his health prevented continued schooling and employment.

Kyle enjoyed playing on his IPad, writing poems, and spending time with his family. He was a very independent man who loved to tease and spoke his mind. His dog, Molly, was the light of his life, and he adored her.

Kyle was preceded in death by his parents Emory Small and Audrey Demontiney; his cousin Jerico Small; his nephew Kaidynce Small; and his paternal grandparents, Paul and Leona (Blackbird) Small.

He is survived by his maternal grandparents, Peter and Victoria (LaMere) Demontiney of Rock Boy; his brothers Adrian (Marcy) Demontiney of Billings, and Kane (Trudi Bacon) Small of Rocky Boy; his sisters Michelle Small of Great Falls, and Kate Small of Rocky Boy; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
