Julie Ann Lightner, 67, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Benefis Hospital in Great Falls, Montana of natural causes. Cremation has taken place, and her memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2024, at the Holland & Bonine Funeral Chapel with Ila McClenahan officiating. Julie will be buried at a later time. Memorials in Julie's honor may be made to the Havre Day Activity Center or a memorial of the contributor's choice. Julie was born March 26, 1957, in Conrad, Montana to Arnold and Jean (Petesch) Lightner. Due to her requirements for care, in 1991 she moved to Havre and became a resident of the Havre Day Activity Center.

Julie loved being outside, she enjoyed anything that could spin or twirl. She enjoyed outings with her friends to the parks. You would see Julie with a smile on her face, and rarely ever see her unhappy. She enjoyed her activities in Havre and made new friends wherever she went.

She was preceded in death by her father Arnold Lightner in 2010.

Julie is survived by her mother, Jean Lightner; brothers, Alan (Louise), John, and Robert (Doreen); sister, Lisa; and many lifelong friends.
