Jeanne A. Lee, 81, passed away due to natural causes at Northern Montana Care Center on January 14, 2026.  Cremation has taken place, and memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Fifth Avenue Christian Church with Ila McClenahan officiating.  Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

Jeanne was born on December 22, 1944, in Havre to Ervin and Jo (Sharples) Beecher.  She was raised in Harlem, graduating from Harlem High School in 1963.  In 1964, Jeanne married Perry Lee, and the couple made their home in Havre where they raised their daughter.  There she worked as a certified nurse's assistant for the Lutheran Home from 1997 until they closed in the mid-90's.  In 1995, Jeanne attended the Vo-Tech school in Great Falls, and then she began working for A+ Health Care in 1996.  In 2007, she found a position working at Walmart as a greeter, and retired in 2022.

Jeanne was a friendly outgoing woman who enjoyed sewing, baking, word searches, and anything crafty like needlework.  She adored her dogs and chatting with anyone she saw.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Lee; parents, Ervin and Jo Beecher; and sister, Rosella Beecher; and beloved pup, Snickers.

Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Tami (Joe) Greytak of Havre; grandchildren, Donna (Joe Hopf) and Matthew Greytak; one great-granddaughter due in July; siblings, Daniel Beecher, Barbara (Larry) Brown, Betty Listou, and Bruce (Diane) Beecher, all of Havre; nephew, Bruce Beecher, Jr.; niece, Cathy Jo ; beloved canine companion, Mandy; and many friends who will dearly miss her.
