He was born to Richard Messerly and Diane Stiffarm on March 28, 1995. A family wake begins June 13, 2019 at his residence at Fort Belknap Agency. On June 14, 2019, a wake will begin at 6:00 PM at the Fort Belknap Community Center; a traditional burial on June 15, 2019, will occur at 10 AM with burial at the Stiffarm family cemetery in Hays, MT with a feed at the Fort Belknap Community Center.
