Glen Joseph Werk (Catch -a-Boo) 57, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 18, 2013 due to natural causes. His wake services will begin at 3 p.m. for the private family viewing until 7 p.m. for the Rosary on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the Mission Rec Center in Hays and will continue until his funeral service which will be 12 noon on Thursday August 22, 2013 in the St. Paul's Mission Catholic Church. Holland & Bonine Funeral Home of Havre has been entrusted with arrangements. Glen was born June 19, 1956 at Fort Belknap to the late Robert "Sunny" Werk Sr. and Monica Lamebull Werk and was raised in Hays, Montana. He attended Mission Grade School until the 8th grade and earned his GED at 18 years old. Glen met and married the love of his life Barbara Jones and together they raised her three children. Glen was an avid skilled Ranch Hand and was an all-around true cowboy at heart. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and breaking horses. Glen will be remembered for cruising the one strip of Hays with his little dog Tiny sitting on his lap, a big black Stetson hat and a cigarette hanging out of his mouth with a mischievous grin. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara, his father Robert Werk Sr. Brothers: Charles Werk, Gary Werk and Terrance Werk. Maternal and Paternal Grandparents and we found our dog. And the many cowboys he called friends. Glen is survived by one son, Shawn Werk of Hays. One step-son Curtis (Kelly) Jorgenson of Billings. Two step-daughters Robbie (Keith Hill) Jorgenson of Whitefish, and Lori (Edward) Renfeld of Eugene, OR and Shalene Jorgenson, whom he raised since she was young. One Grandson, Saturn Werk of Hays. 12 Step - Grandchildren and 6 step Great Grandchildren. His mother Monica Werk of Hays. Sisters, Phillis (Cato) Sells of Chinook; Wilma (Charlie) Barrows of Hays; Beverly Werk of Hays and Jeanette (Josh) Falls Down of Billings. Sister-in-law Monty Werk. Numerous nieces,nephews and cousins too many to name but the couple names that seem to hold a special place in his heart are Jordan and Jesse and Ole' Hoot-i-nanny (Gary) And until we meet again my brother, son, grandpa and spouse have a safe journey, we love you!
