Georgia Antonia Maroudas, 87, died at the Northern Montana Care Center of natural causes on January 24, 2012. Her funeral service will be Friday, January 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church with Father Russell officiating. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at the St. Jude Parish Center. Holland and Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with services and arrangements. Georgia was born on February 15, 1925 to Antonios and Athana Maria (Kollias) Golomati in Thezvi Thevon, Greece. She attended grade school in Greece. In 1953 her sister brought her to live in Havre. She met her future husband, Nicholas Maroudas, through relatives in 1957. They were married in Minneapolis, Minnesota on August 24, 1958. The couple lived in Havre, where Mr. Maroudas's brother-in-law got him a job with the railroad. Georgia took great pride in being a house wife and taking care of people. She also worked at the Sacred Heart hospital in daycare and Nalivka's Pizza Kitchern for about 40 years. She loved to sing and dance, crocheting and being out -of-doors. She loved to take her flowers and garden tomatoes to the fair. Georgia was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas; her parents; three sisters; and five brothers. She is survived by her son Tony Maroudas of Vancouver, Washingon and his children Nickolaos of Japan, Christopher of Oregon and Racheal of Vancouver, Washington; daughters, Maria (Mike) Spinler and their children Chad, Nicole and Michael, Peggy (Kevin) Fialkosky and their children Tara, Mandy, Desmond, and Niko, and Jan Siderakis and son Antonios all of Havre, Montana; sister Barbara Krussukopoulas of Athens Greece; and great-grandchildren Tray and Mackenzie Williams of Havre, Montana.
