Florence M. Wilson, 68, passed away due to natural causes on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at her residence.  Cremation has taken place, and memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Holland & Bonine Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, and there will be a potluck meal at the Tip It after the graveside service.  Florence's family has suggested memorial donations be made in her memory to the Havre Parks and Recreation, 520 4th Street, Havre, MT  59501, for a memorial tree to be planted in her honor.

Florence was born on February 26, 1958, in Havre to Roy and Sybil (Watson) Wilson.  She was raised in Havre attending school there.  Following her high school years, Florence had her two children and then spent the next 33 years working for Kmart, and then North 40, retiring in 2023.  After her retirement, she realized that she needed to keep busy and began working part-time for McLeans Grocery.

Florence was a hard-working, friendly woman who enjoyed camping and spending time unwinding at Fresno Lake.  She was a very social woman, attending the senior center to play Bingo, and loved her old rock music, especially Led Zepplin.  Florence adored her children and grandsons, and her sweet pup, QT Pi.

She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Whalen; parents, Roy and Sybil Wilson; and several siblings, including her close brothers, Wally and Cliff Wilson.

Florence is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Tina Ellis) Whalen of Great Falls; grandsons, Brennan Whalen and Castor Robedeau; several siblings; lifelong friend, Laura; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends.
