Fern Kay (Colbry) Lincoln-Larson, age 81, passed away March 18, 2025, after a long battle with multiple myeloma.  Fern was born June 3, 1943 to George and Edna Colbry of Chester, Montana.  She was the third of 5 children.  She grew up on the family farm north of Chester, graduated from Joplin High School, then she attended beauty school in Great Falls and was a beautician for many years.

Fern married Roy Lincoln June 29, 1962.  They were blessed with two children – Edgar and Lori.  Fern and Roy lived in Great Falls, Spokane, and Billings before moving to Burlington, WA, in 1978 where she resided the remainder of her years.  Roy passed away July 19, 1980.

Fern married Loren Larson in October 1984. They both had a passion for photography and framing pictures.  Their specialty was pictures of lighthouses, old barns, and flowers.  For several years, they sold their pictures at craft fairs. Loren passed away in January 2005.

Fern enjoyed hiking, sailing, water skiing, and the great outdoors

Fern is survived by her son, Edgar (Norma) Lincoln; daughter, Lori (Shelly) Lincoln; sisters, April (Ken) Rygh and Mable (Roger) Lincoln; brothers, Earl Colbry and Roger (Suzie) Colbry; grandchildren, Ana Lincoln and Angie Sagan (Ben Mancke); and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Edna Colbry; parents-in-law, Edgar and Marie Lincoln; her husbands, Roy Lincoln and Loren Larson; and sister-in-law, Shirley Colbry.

Services are being held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday March 29, 2025, at Holland and Bonine Funeral Home in Havre.  Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.
