Deborah Jean (Armstrong) Heggen passed away peacefully in her home on January 25th, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. Cremation has taken place, and memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 11, 2022, at Holland & Bonine Funeral Chapel with Pastor Rick Hodshire officiating.  Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery.  Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with services and arrangements.  Please visit Deborah's online memorial page and send a card or leave a message of condolence for her family at www.hollandbonine.com.

Deborah was born on January 29, 1957, in Great Falls to William and Jean (Joppa) Armstrong. She was raised in Havre, Montana, graduating from Havre High in 1975. She married Tim Heggen, and the couple moved to Helena, Montana in 2001.  There, Deborah worked at the DOT for a while. She switched careers to the child support enforcement division a couple years later, and truly enjoyed her job. Deborah  enjoyed camping, watching wildlife, and spending time with her grandson Kaine.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Armstrong.

Deborah is survived by her husband Tim Heggen; son, Nicholas Wagner; daughter, Cassie Heggen; grandson, Kaine Sharp; mother, Jean Armstrong; brothers, David, Harold, and Daniel Armstrong; and sisters, Janice Williamson and Gail Nesslar.
