Dannie Bruce Stratton (Dan), 52, of Havre, made his way to our Lord on Saturday, June 13, 2015. Dannie was born November 9, 1962 to Clarence and Belva Jean (Wade) Stratton in Shelby, Montana. The family moved to Havre shortly thereafter where Dannie grew up and attended school. In 2nd grade he met and made instant friends with Bruce Morelli, who to this day remained a loyal and devoted brother and friend. In 1984 Dannie met and married Cathi Campanella they were married August 17, 1984. From this union they were blessed with two boys Curtis and Chad. The couple later separated, but remained to this day close friends. Dannie was a devoted and loving father; the three of them enjoyed everything together. These two boys were to the end, Dannie's pride and joy. On November 12, 2009 Dannie's first grandchild was born, Chazliynn Stratton and on December 14, 2011 and a second grandchild was born, Knaeryn Stratton. He was a very independent active guy, who loved any and everything to do with camping and the outdoors. Dannie was an avid fisherman and hunter. But most of all, his passion was taking road trips on his motorcycle. Dannie was too young to be taken from us, but he lived and experienced more than many of us. He will live on in the hearts and minds of his family and friends forever. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Bevla Jean Stratton. He is survived by his sons Chad (Taya) Stratton and Curtis (Jordyn) Stratton; grandchildren, Chazliynn and Knaeryn; sister, Sheri (Ron) Smith; stepmom, Darlene Riggin Stratton; along with numerous aunts uncles, and cousins.
