Daniel S. Henry, 65, passed away due to natural causes on Friday, April 28, 2023, at his residence. Wake services will begin at 5:00 p.m., with his Rosary at 7:00 p.m., all on Monday, May 1, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. All services will be at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Box Elder. Burial will follow in the Box Elder Cemetery. Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

Danny was born on April 9, 1958, in Havre to Aloysius Henry and Katherine (Salois) Whalen. He was raised in Box Elder, graduating from Box Elder High School in 1976. He attended Billings Business College, and then Northern Montana College. Danny married Mark Usselman, and the couple moved to Stevensville and later Missoula. For many years, Danny bartended and also worked at the Rocky Boy schools as a teacher's aid.

Danny was a very social and outgoing man with a quick wit, who loved to joke around. He was incredibly kind-hearted. Danny loved to cook, bake, and listen to music.

He was preceded in death by his husband, Mark Usselman; parents, Aloysius Henry and Katherine Whalen; siblings, Bob and Les Champagne, Helen Wells, Patty Morsette, and Steve Henry; and numerous other family members.

Danny is survived by his daughter, Missy Doney, of Havre; grandchildren, Shane and Callie Doney and PJ Morsette; siblings, Leoda (Ken) Oliver of Elko, NV, Frank Champagne of Great Falls, Linda Henry of Havre, and Rhonda McQuestion of Holland, MI; aunt, Terry Salois of Great Falls; uncle, John (Christine) Salios of Stevensville; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.
