Curtis Dean Gray aka Rudy One Feather (Distant Thunder), 65, born November 21st, 1958, in Havre, MT, to Charles and Caroline Gray Boy passed away June 21st, 2024 due to natural causes.

Curtis spent his childhood attending schools in Rocky Boy, Box Elder, Havre and Harlem. Curtis loved traveling to powwows across Indian Country. He made a vow to Sundance for the rest of his life when sister Jana fell ill in which in fulfilled for the past 40 years.

Curtis is survived by his soulmate, Debra DeLorenzo; children, Chelsea and Oscar GrayBoy; 12 grandchildren; sister, Edith GrayBoy; brothers, Charles (Pearl) GrayBoy, Wesley GrayBoy, Marvin (Lee) GrayBoy, and Reese GrayBoy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Curtis was preceded in death by his  daughter, Josephine Youngman; sister, Jana GrayBoy;  brother, Lyndon GrayBoy; and parents, Charles and Caroline GrayBoy.

Wake services will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2024, and his funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024, all at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church.  Burial will follow in the Rocky Boy Cemetery.  Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
