Curtis Ray Denny was born October 30, 1956, to Walter "Moose" Denny and Elizabeth Saddler-Sutherland in Rocky Boy, MT. Curtis attended and graduated from Box Elder School; he always remained a Bear for Life supporting his Grandchildren throughout their athletic accomplishments. He attended Stone Child College for carpentry graduating in 1989 and was a firefighter for several years before going into a career in construction. He also obtained a CNA license in 2011. In 1982, Curtis proudly served his country in the United States Navy until 1986, when he returned home to start his family.
On April 27,1988, Curtis's world was blessed with the birth of his son Austin Denny. He was the highlight of his life and enjoyed every minute he got to spend with him. They were able to make a lot of memories throughout the years including school activities, family outings and anything to do with his son. Curtis soon met Christine Jilot in 1999 and together they shared a family that they both loved dearly. He also enjoyed spending time with all his nephews and nieces, Joscayne, Dawson, Makray, Jesse, Sadie, Sequioa, Angel, Serene, Brandon, Kanen, Jada, Shandell, William and others. What he loved most was spending time with his grandchildren Jayden, Tracen, Araya, Rilee, Cameron, Landyn, Tristen, Jayd'll, and his one Great Grandson Arrow Sky and watching them play sports. He loved watching his Grandson Tracen Jilot Win back-to-back championships for the Box Elder Bears and spent his last day watching him play in the East West Shrine football.
Curtis is survived by his kids Austin Denny, Calvin Jilot, Marquieta Jilot, Tammy (Josh) Sparks, Sister; Roxanne (Ted) Demontiney, Brothers, Twin brother Mathew Denny, Leon (Susan) Sutherland, Bruce Denny, Walter Denny, Greg Denny, Richard Patcisil, Burnbie Patcsil, 10 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson and many nieces and nephews that he loved very much.
Curtis is preceded in death by his parents Walter Denny and Elizabeth Sutherland, his brothers, Mario Patcisil, Victor Patcisil, his sisters Shirly Patcisil and Rosmary Patcisil, Nephews, Mathew Denny Jr (stock), Curtis (Lard) Denny, niece Sydalia (Sadie) Domentiney
