On August 25, 2022, Connie Jean (Swan) Morsette, 75, peacefully passed away at Northern Montana Hospital in Havre MT. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022, in Highland Cemetery.  Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

Connie was born to Charles Swan and Margaret (Parisian) Swan on November 21, 1946. She graduated from Box Elder High School in 1965. Connie married Kenneth Morsette in 1971. Shortly after their marriage they started a family, having 6 children, and she was a stay-at-home mom. Shortly after moving back to Box Elder in 1996, Connie was asked to apply for a position at the Box Elder Post Office. She began a career at Box Elder post office as a mail lady in 1997 and worked up until she retired from the post office in February of 2019.

Connie's most important role was the role of a mom, Connie absolutely loved and adored all her children. Connie loved to bake, cook and can. Over the years Connie had numerous grandchildren, and they became Connie's entire world.  She loved to have them with her every minute that she could. Her grandkids gave her a whole new meaning to life and provided her with new happiness. Connie over the years was bound by faith and loved to attend church. Connie was very kind, loving soul, and she had a generous heart.

Connie was preceded in death by her father, Charles Swan; mother, Margaret Swan; brothers, Wayne Swan, Robert "Bob" Swan, and Ron Swan; her son, Aaron Morsette; and the love of her life, Kenneth Morsette.

Connie is survived by her children, Kenny (Karen) Morsette, Patricia (Rich) Massari, Stephen (Meghan) Morsette, Jacqueline Morsette, and Candace (Joseph) Eagleman; siblings, Kenneth Swan, Dave Swan, and Linda Swan; grandsons, Isiah (Layla) Westbrook, Joseph Eagleman Jr., David Morsette, Aidan Morsette, Grayson Morsette, and Noah Morsette; granddaughters, Kiah (Ryan) Distefano, Georgeline Morsette, Alyssa Massari, Leah Morsette, Alexandrea Morsette, Alleyah Eagleman, Olivia Morsette, Sarabella Morsette, Jillian Morsette, and Athena Eagleman; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.
