Chasidy WolfChild, 42, passed away at her residence in New Town, North Dakota, on Monday, October 25, 2021.  Wake services will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2021, and will continue until her funeral service, which will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2021, all at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church.  Burial will follow in the Rocky Boy Cemetery.  Holland & Bonine Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

Chasidy was born on July 11, 1979, in Havre to Charlotte Wolf Child and Wesley Edmo.  She was raised in Rocky Boy, attending school in Rocky Boy and Box Elder.  Over the years, Chasidy attended college at the University of Montana, Montana State University-Billings, and Stone Child College.  She lived and worked in Fort Hall, Idaho, for several years before returning to Rocky Boy.  She had her son Thayne in Havre, and her son Reid in Billings.  In 2016, Chasidy moved to North Dakota to be near Thayne and Reid, and worked as a waitress for quite a while.

Chasidy was a loving, funny, social woman who enjoyed visiting with friends and family, and playing basketball.  She was a natural comedian, who would pop off with one-liners, keeping friends and family in stitches.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, WolfChild and Agnes WolfChild.

Chasidy is survived by her children, Thayne WolfChild of North Dakota and Reid Jackson of Rocky Boy; parents, Wesley (Barbara) Edmo of Fort Hall, Idaho, and Charlotte WolfChild of Billings; siblings, Chad WolfChild of Missoula, LaTasha WolfChild of Rocky Boy, and Galen, Frank, and Leon Edmo of Fort Hall, Idaho; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
