Carole Bernice
Bloom
October 11, 1929 – December 10, 2025
Carole Bernice (Molle)( Gordon) Bloom
Age 96 passed away peacefully in her home with family by her side on December 10th 2025 in Havre, Montana.
Carole was born October 11, 1929 in Inglewood, California. She grew up in southern California during the great depression and WWII. During high school she worked at Woolworths and a Malt shop where she entered a beauty contest and was named Miss Sweet Shop. Carole and her girlfriends would help the war effort by going to the naval base in Long Beach to dance with the sailors, boosting morale. After High School she married her first husband, Raymond Gordon, and had 4 children, Larry, Kirk, Sandra and Kayleen. She loved being a mother and was very loving and devoted. After going to work as a Chiropractic Assistant in the mid 60's, she met and married Gerald Bloom. After the birth of their daughter, Michele, the family moved to Stanchfield, Minnesota in 1970. After a few years of farming they bought a flower shop, Cambridge Floral in Cambridge, Minnesota. She excelled in business and was admired for her beautiful and creative floral designs for the next 30 yrs.
After retiring she moved to Havre, Montana to be near her daughter, Kayleen Hockett, who was her guardian angel. Carole took great joy in her beautiful yard and gardens and the many new friends she made through church, quilting, and swimming. When it became too hard for her to do her own yard work, Kayleen and her very kind friends and neighbors stepped in to keep the yard looking as beautiful as she had, giving Carole so much joy. Thank you to her many friends who stepped up and helped her with rides to Utah, her house and yard work, errands, bringing her wonderful meals, snacks and desserts and spending time visiting with her. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints during her entire life and that brought her great happiness and peace throughout her life. Carole influenced the lives of so many with her sweet, gentle, loving ways. She will be so greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Belle Molle, sisters Eunice and Elaine, brother Frank and her son Larry. Carole is survived by 4 of her children, 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place and she will be laid to rest in the family plot in Inglewood, California. A celebration of Carole's life will be held on May 23rd, 2026 in Havre, Montana.
