Bobbie Lynn Kase, age 45

Bobbie was born on February 18, 1981, in Havre, Montana to Marsha Gummer and Tom Kase. Anyone who knew Bobbie knew she was the family's beloved “wildchild”. Always chasing the next adventure, testing limits and creating stories that will be told for generations. Her zest for life and infectious spirit is leaving an unforgettable mark on everyone she met.

Bobbie loved camping and fishing in the Bear Paw Mountains, spending summer days at Fresno and listening to tunes. Bobbie’s family is incredibly proud of her resilience, after struggling with addiction she got sober at the end of 2018. Bobbie came out with a newfound love for life and a determination to stay sober. Like many things in life Bobbie did her recovery outloud and wasn't afraid of talking about the hard parts in her journey. One of Bobbie's hardest parts was getting diagnosed with cancer in late October of 2024, Bobbie had fought her cancer with fierce determination until ultimately being diagnosed with terminal cancer. She refused to go down without a fight, determined to meet her grandbabies and spend as much time as she could with her family. Bobbie's favorite title was “Memaw” to her cherished grandchildren, if you know her, you have probably seen pictures of them.

She is survived by her father; Thomas Kase, daughters; Alyssa Berger (Cole and Jenson Hanson), Abigail (Robert and Oaklyn) Furtney, son; Thomas J Kase, Life Partner; Patrick Wenger and her bonus kids Riley, Lawrence and Marin Wenger, sisters Chelby (Mark) Gooch and Crystal Laufer and multiple nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Marsha Gummer, brother-in-law Bob Laufer and lifelong friends Gary Berger and Sean Buck.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sletten Cancer Institute in Bobbie’s honor.
